Netmedic Live Connect - Simple, Secure, Quick remote support service.
Live connect service establishes a secure remote control session between your local machine and Netmedic support engineer's machine. It enable us to remotely logon to your machine/network to diagnose and troubleshoot the reported issues.






Benefits of Live Connect:

  • Live Connect is independent upon any virtual private security (VPN) or firewall settings on your network.
  • Ease of remote connection - No additional settings or configuration required from your end.
  • Live Connect reduces your operating cost and time by eliminating the need of on-site travelling.
  • Accelerates problem resolution via real-time collaboration and collection of related data remotely.


Conditions for Live Connect:

  • You must have a live internet connection.
  • A $44.00 incident fee applies to each remote session for non-contracted clients.
