Live connect service establishes a secure remote control session between your local machine and Netmedic support engineer's machine. It enable us to remotely logon to your machine/network to diagnose and troubleshoot the reported issues.

Conditions for Live Connect:
- You must have a live internet connection.
- A $44.00 incident fee applies to each remote session for non-contracted clients.
