Ad Hoc Remote Support

Ad-Hoc Remote Support is available for Non-contracted clients through pre-paid block of support hours. Each block covers a minimum of 5 hours, which can be used in one go, or in part to cover emergencies as they arise.
Netmedic Live Connect service remotely connects to your network on the internet in a secure, confidential and reliable fashion. In fact, Live Connect is not dependent upon any virtual private security (VPN) or firewall settings on your network.
Netrmedic remote support software allows us to collect on-time information about your system. It enables our technicians to quickly identify and respond to alarm triggers from your networks. This data helps us to better understand your problem, without having to directly involve you in the process. This function alone saves you valuable time and money by eliminating the need for wait times and on-site travelling.
